Founded in 2020, Leinster Property Inspections has been dedicated to delivering comprehensive and detailed property inspection reports for one of Ireland’s largest real estate agents. Based in Dublin, we specialize in providing thorough internal and external condition reports, ensuring landlords, agents, and property owners have a clear and accurate record of their properties. Our photographic inspection reports offer precision, reliability, and peace of mind, helping to protect and document property conditions with the highest level of detail and professionalism.
We are always looking to partner with new clients, including real estate agents, landlords, and property management companies, who require trusted, high-quality inspection services. Whether you need a one-time report or ongoing inspections, we are here to help.
The Process
We require three working days to complete move in / move out inspection reports. This includes collecting keys from the agent or landlord and returning keys from move in / move out reports upon email confirmation from the agent or landlord.
Routines
Our usual process is to carry out an inspection every 6 months at each property. The appointment can be made by the agent/landlord or directly by us. We operate between Monday-Saturday.

The process for routine property inspections
An appointment must be scheduled with the tenants for the upcoming inspection. At Leinster Property Inspections, we handle all appointment scheduling, ensuring a hassle-free process for both the agency and the landlord
On the agreed date and time, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the property, both internally and externally.
Following the inspection, a detailed written report will be provided to the agency or landlord, outlining the property's condition
